The format of the sitting meditation



The following is the format suggested:

1. We will get together one Sunday a month in a house or a temple.
2. Three Chapters of the book, "Mindfulness bliss and beyond" has be read before the sitting (at home).
3. Group of yogis will first meditate for 30-40 minutes.
4. The group will then share and discuss the difficulties in the book chapters and individual problems during meditation.
5. We will then share a light snack.
6. Plan for the next sitting will be discussed during the snack.
